Purpose of the Role:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate storage, handling, and distribution of inventory to meet the needs of the fashion brand. This includes managing a team, ensuring timely stock replenishment, and maintaining high standards within the warehouse. The role involves working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to stores or customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring processes are followed to manage incoming stock, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Develop and implement efficient storage solutions, optimizing space while ensuring easy access to products.
- Ensure the timely and accurate replenishment of stock to meet inventory levels and customer demand.
- Manage inventory systems and ensure accurate stock levels through regular stock counts and audits.
- Oversee the packing and dispatching of orders to meet deadlines, ensuring orders are shipped correctly and efficiently.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure staff follow health and safety regulations.

Stock Management:
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to maintain accurate stock records.
