I'm partnering with a retailer who are seeking a number of First Line Managers to join a busy, fast-paced Distribution Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for your own operational area, lead a team of colleagues and play a key role in delivering exceptional warehouse performance.
Working closely with Shift Managers and the wider leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of around 50 colleagues , driving productivity, maintaining high standards and ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are at the forefront of everything you do.
Shift
Pattern: Rotating shift (06:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm) working any 5 days from 7.
The Role As a First Line Manager, you will take ownership of your area of the warehouse operation, supporting your team to achieve performance targets while creating an engaged and positive working environment.
