The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator to work closely with both the VM and Marketing teams. This role will involve shaping and delivering in-store visual experiences that align with the brand\’s identity while supporting marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail environments. The role is Hybrid but you will be very hands on in stores alongside spending time in HQ
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VM manager to ensure the VM strategy across all prime and outlet stores is delivered and profitable
- Support with store opening/closing programme (as appropriate) either on site or remotely.
- Partner with creative design to manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across prime and outlet stores – across windows and in store POS, adopting a tiered approach to ensure windows reflect the store profile, across both brands
- Manage the creative campaign process including allocations, briefing and production with third party suppliers
- Working closely with the VM manager to deliver ad hoc POS requests and creative campaigns to meet the needs of the business to deliver an enhanced customer experience in store.
- Ownership of all POS and campaign elements for new store openings and refurbishments, as well as creative solutions to elevate branding in stores.
- Collate and audit store seasonal update store photographs, giving engaging feedback to store teams, the VM manager and regional teams to elevate the VM within the region.
- Working closely with the VM manager and Area Managers, establish and roll out a visit calendar to key doors seasonally, ensuring regular communication and visits are in place with each Area Manager / VM manager.
- Partner with the VM manager and key stakeholders to manage the VM calendar in line with the Central marketing plan.
- Delivery of seasonal VM store guides (1 per month) fortnightly styling and windows updates – in line with the promotional and marketing calendar.
- Working closely with the VM manager and relevant stakeholders deliver clear weekly VM updates, including product launches and placement, creating consistency across the portfolio of stores.
- Support with the set of seasonal wholesale trade shows, sponsorship pop ups and press and marketing events.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role in fashion
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and retail trends.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
