We're recruiting for a well-established retailer that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a business where people, standards and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything they do.
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, leading from the front to inspire your team and deliver an outstanding customer journey. Previous management experience within a customer-focused retail environment
A proven ability to lead, coach and develop large teams
Experience within a multi-product or fast-paced retail setting is desirable
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and performance
High standards of store presentation and operational excellence
Excellent communication and leadership skills
