We\'re working with a brilliant, internationally recognised business, who partners with major household names, on their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their global recruitment efforts and help shape how they hire, grow and retain brilliant people.

You\'ll play a key role in scaling their team as the business continues to grow, leading senior-level recruitment, partnering with stakeholders across the globe, and mentoring a small team along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on senior and executive hiring across international markets
  • Manage and support a small, ambitious talent team (3-4 people)
  • Build and deliver a recruitment strategy that\'s data-led and people-focused
  • Develop strong pipelines and networks to support future growth
  • Bring their employer brand to life in the candidate market
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs
  • Keep an eye on recruitment metrics and make sure the process runs smoothly
  • Champion inclusive, values-led hiring across every stage

Qualifications

  • Someone with solid experience in senior-level recruitment, ideally in a global or high-growth setting
