What you'll be doing
As Retail Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store. You'll motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales, maintaining high standards and creating a positive store environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
