The Role As Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving the success of the boutique by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a loyal client base.
You will be responsible for: Delivering an elevated and personalised styling experience.
Building long-term client relationships and driving repeat business.
Maximising every sales opportunity through expert styling and product knowledge.
Supporting the day-to-day running of the boutique.
Taking ownership of the boutique in the absence of management.
Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Supporting client events and contributing ideas across social media and local marketing initiatives.
