Our client is a nationally recognised, award-winning employer with an outstanding track record of growth and innovation. As they continue to expand across the UK, they're looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to help shape and lead their centralised supply chain operations.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role within their business, perfect for a high-calibre supply chain professional with experience in retail who is ready for a new challenge. You will play a leading role in transitioning their supply chain into a fully centralised model, working across their multi-site retail operation with key 3PL partners to ensure optimum performance.
- Leading and developing a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Driving the implementation of best practice retail supply chain methods, from forecasting through to replenishment.
- Overseeing the successful implementation of F&R systems, ensuring they are optimised to meet commercial goals.
- Forecasting and demand planning, ensuring alignment with trading performance, seasonal trends, and stock strategy.
- Analysing supply chain data to identify opportunities, risks and improvements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Managing and reporting against key KPIs, with full accountability for supply chain performance across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail supply chain management role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A track record of transitioning to or managing within a centralised supply chain operation.
- Expertise in forecasting, analysis and system implementation (particularly F&R or similar systems).
- Demonstrable experience of introducing and embedding best practice within a retail supply chain.
- A strong grasp of KPI reporting and performance management.
