The Role
I am supporting a growng retailer with the appointment of a Central Operations Manager. You\'ll be the key link between Head Office, Retail, and Distribution Centres - leading a small team, resolving operational issues, improving systems, and creating scalable, repeatable processes. Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a high-performing Central Ops team
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery across departments
Run improvement projects and streamline processes using Lean Six Sigma
Build clear SOPs and process playbooks
Manage operational queries via CRM/ticketing systems
Align priorities across HO, Retail, and DCs
Investigate root causes and implement lasting fixes
