The Role

I am supporting a growng retailer with the appointment of a Central Operations Manager. You\'ll be the key link between Head Office, Retail, and Distribution Centres - leading a small team, resolving operational issues, improving systems, and creating scalable, repeatable processes. If you\'re a problem-solver with a strong operational background, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a high-performing Central Ops team

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery across departments

  • Run improvement projects and streamline processes using Lean Six Sigma

  • Build clear SOPs and process playbooks

  • Manage operational queries via CRM/ticketing systems

  • Align priorities across HO, Retail, and DCs

  • Investigate root causes and implement lasting fixes

  • Use advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.) to inform decisions
