The Role
I am supporting a growng retailer with the appointment of a Central Operations Manager. You\’ll be the key link between Head Office, Retail, and Distribution Centres – leading a small team, resolving operational issues, improving systems, and creating scalable, repeatable processes. If you\’re a problem-solver with a strong operational background, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a high-performing Central Ops team

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery across departments
