Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnered with a fast growing jewellery brand, their main purpose to inspire confidence for clients. As they continue to grow we are on the hunt for a Supervisor to join the team in Central London, within a prestigious department store.

The overall purpose of the role is to act as a brand ambassador, you will support the Concession Manager to drive and nurture the team to achieve business goals. Through your passion you will create a collaborative culture centred around customer service.
As our Supervisor you will have/be:
- Min 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role within luxury retail or high volume customer facing role.
- Proven retail sales experience
- Experience working within a department store environment is beneficial
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and visual merchandising skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sales driven and results orientated
- Positive 'can do' attitude
