Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnered with a fast growing jewellery brand, their main purpose to inspire confidence for clients. As they continue to grow we are on the hunt for a Supervisor to join the team in Central London, within a prestigious department store. As the Supervisor you will support the Manager in daily concession operations and every aspect of the customers\’ journey as they visit the boutique.

The role as a Supervisor:

The overall purpose of the role is to act as a brand ambassador, you will support the Concession Manager to drive and nurture the team to achieve business goals. Through your passion you will create a collaborative culture centred around customer service.

As our Supervisor you will have/be:

  • Min 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role within luxury retail or high volume customer facing role.
  • Proven retail sales experience
  • Experience working within a department store environment is beneficial
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and visual merchandising skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Sales driven and results orientated
  • Positive \’can do\’ attitude
