The Brand: Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a luxury womenswear brand, now seeking a full Style Advisor in the heart of London.
The Role: The Style Advisor is a brand ambassador who inspires confidence in customers and their colleagues, in an omnichannel business environment. Full time, permanent contract 37.5 hours. You will be accountable for building their client base, delivering the highest level of customer experience, exceeding their commercial objectives, and adhering to all operational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience - Act as an ambassador for the brand to create and cultivate a culture of trust and community. Build long-standing relationships with existing and new clients.
- Commercial - Drive sales and KPIs, keep up to date with trends and be confident to advise customers.
- Operational - Follow operational and BOH procedures.
Key Knowledge and Experience:
- A proven record of successfully building a loyal client base and personal shopping.
- Experience working in an omnichannel environment and using a variety of digital systems and tools.
