Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the day-to-day management of the store, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Take ownership of KPIs, support team development, and ensure the store operates to the highest standards across all areas.
- Support the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, stock control, and sales performance.
