As Head of Marketing, you'll lead the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy, spanning brand, performance, and customer lifecycle. Working closely with founders and the wider leadership team, the Head of Marketing will play a key role in scaling the business sustainably, balancing creativity with commercial impact.
- Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy, driving both revenue growth and long-term brand equity.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear direction and priorities.
- Take full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and clear ROI accountability.

- Strong track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.

- Strong creative instinct, with the ability to originate ideas and think beyond established strategies.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
