The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Stock Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of stock control, ensuring seamless inventory management to support our retail operations. The successful candidate will also lead a small team, so proven leadership experience in a similar retail or fashion environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end stock lifecycle including deliveries, transfers, returns, and inventory counts.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records at all times.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and sales team to forecast stock needs and minimise discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Implement and maintain stock control procedures in line with company standards.
- Liaise with head office, suppliers, and couriers to ensure efficient stock flow.
- Produce regular stock reports and support internal audits.
Requirements:
