Stock & Listings Manager | E-commerce Sports | Worcester | up to £40k

Zachary Daniels are partnering with a global business in the appointment of an Ecommerce Stock Manager.

Are you a sports fanatic problem-solver who thrives on precision, speed, and structure?
Do you get fired up by tidy spreadsheets, optimised stockrooms, and seeing new products go live fast and flawlessly?

You will take full ownership of our inventory process - from goods-in and listings to system accuracy and sales optimisation.


The role:

You\'ll own the entire stock and listings process, ensuring every item is logged, listed, stored, and ready to sell - fast, accurately, and beautifully. This is a critical, high-impact role in the heart of the operation.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Receiving, inspecting & logging incoming stock - flagging issues fast

  • Creating product titles, SKUs & uploading listings with images and data

  • Organising stock into its correct location and maintaining a tidy, efficient warehouse

  • Monitoring inventory health, performing regular stock checks & resolving discrepancies

  • Working late, early or weekends as needed to get hot new items online and selling


Skills and Requirements:
