The Role
- Lead, coach and inspire the store team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities to grow sales
- Develop and motivate your team, supporting succession and progression
- Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards
- Work closely with senior and regional leadership
- Champion the brand and create a positive customer and team experience
About You
- Previous Store Manager experience in a busy retail environment
- A strong track record of delivering sales and KPIs
- Excellent people leadership and coaching skills
- A commercial and customer-focused approach
- Energy, positivity and a genuine passion for retail
