Experienced Retail Supervisor ready for your next move?
We're currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a thriving fashion brand in Bristol. This is a great chance for an experienced Retail Supervisor to step up, take on more responsibility and continue developing their career within a high-profile store.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store. From leading the team on the shop floor to driving sales and delivering a great customer experience, you'll be someone who enjoys being hands-on and setting the standard for others.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll have responsibility for:

Supporting the Store Manager with the overall sales and commercial performance of the store

Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor

Taking charge of the store when the Store Manager is absent

Making sure customers receive an excellent experience

Supporting the delivery of visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store

Helping maintain strong standards across stock, operations and compliance

Reviewing KPIs and using commercial information to identify opportunities to improve sales

Building relationships with customers and representing the brand positively

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within fashion retail

Experience leading and motivating a retail team

Good commercial awareness and a strong focus on achieving results

A customer-first approach and high standards of service

Confident communication and leadership skills

A genuine interest in fashion and working with people
