Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and team development. Implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer engagement. Lead, develop, and inspire a motivated retail team to deliver exceptional service. Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards. Monitor store performance and report key metrics to senior management. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role. A track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and achieving KPIs.
