The Role:
As Paid Media Executive, you'll take ownership of planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with the wider e-commerce and marketing teams to support customer acquisition, revenue growth and return on ad spend (ROAS), while helping shape creative testing and campaign strategy for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer retail brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximise efficiency and return on investment.
- Plan and execute ongoing testing across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, campaign structures and messaging.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
- Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective paid media activity.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to brief, develop and test new advertising creative.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, trading activity and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, digital advertising trends and emerging paid media opportunities.
- Assist with attribution analysis, conversion tracking and measurement improvements where required.
