Zachary Daniels are working exclusively on a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager vacancy to be based within an E-commerce site based in the Midlands.
The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a large warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and cost-effective handling of goods, and managing a team of warehouse staff. This role will act as the number 2 for the Head of Logistics.
This role involves optimising warehouse processes, maintaining inventory control, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering high-level customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors, operatives, and support staff.
- Set performance targets and KPIs for the warehouse team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.

- Develop and manage the warehouse operations budget, ensuring that costs are kept within budgeted limits.
