To help drive that growth, they're looking for a Senior Merchandising Manager to take the lead, shaping how the team plans, buys and manages product for the next stage of the business. You'll: Lead, coach and develop a team of five merchandising professionals Realign and improve merchandise planning systems and processes, building a solid foundation for scale Support the store rollout programme with smart, commercially focused planning Champion the basics, making sure core, evergreen product is always available, well ranged and well promoted Stay close to the detail, working hands-on alongside the team rather than managing from a distance Partner with senior stakeholders across buying, trading, supply chain and operations About You: You'll be a merchandising professional who wants to lead without losing touch with the day-to-day.
