A global brand is seeking a Senior Girlswear Designer to join their team. This role involves leading the design and creative direction for girlswear, creating stylish, on-trend seasonal collections across a wide range of product categories.
The ideal candidate will be creative, commercially focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include:
- Leading girlswear design for a global market, covering categories from jersey and sweats to knitwear and outerwear.
- Managing the development of seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision.
- Overseeing the design process from concept to completion, meeting critical path deadlines.
- Sourcing and selecting high-quality fabrics and materials.
