The
Opportunity: We are partnering with a well-established UK clothing brand to recruit a Senior Creative Services Manager.
This newly created leadership role combines two existing positions and offers the opportunity to shape the brand's creative direction, develop ways of working and lead a talented multidisciplinary team.
With no Creative Director above the role, it offers significant autonomy and operates at a level similar to a Head of Creative.
The
Role: You will lead the creative services function, managing three direct reports, all managers across PR, Content, Retail Marketing and Production.
You will also provide direction to a wider team of dotted-line reports across creative, content, marketing and production.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure the brand's creative output is consistent, engaging and commercially effective across all customer touchpoints.
You will be needed for the creative vision and direction on photoshoots too; a hands on and strategic mix.
