An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Brand Manager to join a fast-growing athleisure company based in the North West. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about sports and fashion, and who thrives on shaping how a brand is seen by the world. The Senior Brand Manager will lead the team in identifying key consumer trends, driving creative campaigns, and ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive market. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within the marketing team and work alongside colleagues from different departments, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities In The Position of Senior Brand Manager
- Coach and mentor a high performing team
- Spearhead the development of the brand's marketing strategies to align with company goals
- Lead the execution of creative 360 campaigns, covering everything from messaging to point-of-sale materials
- Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitors to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve
- Take full responsibility for the brand's tone of voice (TOV) and overall market positioning
- Act as the key link between the marketing team and other internal departments
- Lead the go-to-market (GTM) process and supporting new product launches
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on both brand and channel campaigns
- Manage marketing reports and ensuring KPIs are achieved in line with strategic goals
What You Need to Bring:
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a focus on marketing
- A kind, empathetic and results oriented leader
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including consumer behaviour, market research, and analytics, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience
- Previous experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus
