I'm currently supporting a fast-paced, people-focused hospitality business in the search for an HR Manager to join their growing People team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving, operational environment and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, engagement and culture.
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a large, multi-site workforce across a portfolio of well-known customer-facing brands. This is a true HR Business Partner role where no two days look the same. One day you may be partnering with senior leaders on people strategy, talent and succession planning, and the next supporting on complex employee relations, coaching managers or driving key people initiatives across the wider business.
