Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Co-Ordinator, you\’ll play a vital role in enabling commercial success through smarter systems, better reporting, and effective collaboration across sales, marketing, and finance.
- Streamline workflows for efficiency and transparency.
- Capture and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, customer information and other relevant data in the CRM System.
- All quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and create anomaly reports. Check and capture missing data for customer credit checks at the outset.
- Ensure all data captured in the estimator is accurately converted to opportunities in the CRM to maximize the pipeline.
- Generate sales reports and analysis as needed to support the sales and management teams in decision making.
Qualifications / What the right candidate will bring
- Detail oriented with outstanding organisational and multitasking skills
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in software as a solution or telephony solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot, including CRM data security and workflow integration.
- Ability to implement structured frameworks for transparency and efficiency.
