We are looking for a Salon Manager to take on a key position within the business, playing a central role in the ongoing success of the site. This Salon Manager opportunity is hands-on, combining leadership, team support and active treatment delivery. The right Salon Manager will help shape standards, culture and the overall client experience through the way the salon operates day to day.
The rhythm of the salon means staying close to both the team and the client journey, supporting where needed, and making sure standards are maintained throughout the day. It is a balance of structure and flexibility guiding the team while remaining present on the treatment floor, delivering services and setting expectations through example rather than instruction alone.
- Keeping the salon running smoothly and supporting the team on shift
- Working alongside therapists to maintain consistent service standards
