Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a an expanding, big box, fast paced retailer in Slough. As a Retail Manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers and inspiring the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be supporting the Store Manager in driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.

The role of the Retail Manager
You'll support the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and operational excellence – with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.
