Regional Sales Development Manager | North East | Up to £38,000 plus car allowance and bonus

We are seeking a driven and personable Regional Sales Development Manager to champion growth across the North East, including Yorkshire, Durham, Northumberland and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales development across Yorkshire, Durham, Northumberland and surrounding areas.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver structured one-to-one coaching and engaging team workshops.
  • Ensure compliance requirements and internal standards are met.
  • Promote ethical, customer-first sales behaviours across the region.
  • Lead by example, motivating and energising colleagues to achieve excellence.
