Recruitment Coordinator | National Retail & Wholesale Business | Full-time or part-time options | Permanent & FTC available

We\’re working with a large, multi-site business to hire two Recruitment Coordinators – one Permanent, one Fixed-Term Contract. Supporting over 190 sites across the UK, these roles are ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What you\’ll be doing as a Recruitment Coordinator :

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls

  • Schedule interviews and keep ATS records up to date

  • Support onboarding with documentation and candidate communication

  • Work closely with the wider HR and People teams

  • Provide admin support across the recruitment team

What we\’re looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment, HR, resourcing or admin

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • ATS experience a bonus; MS Office proficiency essential
