Recruitment Coordinator | National Retail & Wholesale Business | Full-time or part-time options | Permanent & FTC available
We\’re working with a large, multi-site business to hire two Recruitment Coordinators – one Permanent, one Fixed-Term Contract. Supporting over 190 sites across the UK, these roles are ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What you\’ll be doing as a Recruitment Coordinator :

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers

Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls

Schedule interviews and keep ATS records up to date

Support onboarding with documentation and candidate communication

Work closely with the wider HR and People teams

Provide admin support across the recruitment team
What we\’re looking for:

Experience in recruitment, HR, resourcing or admin

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

ATS experience a bonus; MS Office proficiency essential
