This role is for an Internal Recruiter for a retail business. The role is hybrid working with around 1-2 days in the office.
Base pay range: Salary up to c£40,000 + Benefits, Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the retail and head office teams to deliver sustainable and measurable results in cost, time and quality of hires.
- Execute effective sourcing, pipeline development and forecasting activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates and champion recruitment processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador and work with various teams to hire people with the right skills and attitude.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment workflows and a positive candidate experience.
The candidate will have / be:
- A proven track record of filling vacancies with top talent, in-house or consultancy, preferably in the retail sector.
- Excellent organization, ability to work at a fast pace, strong prioritization and communication skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and people-oriented approach.
