As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the business:
- Leading, coaching and developing the team
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Managing stock, rotas, administration and compliance
- Maintaining high standards across the store
- Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business
