Zachary Daniels are continuing to partner with a fast growing fashion brand, who are in the search for a Production Merchandiser / Import Merchandiser. We're on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Apparel Production Merchandiser to own the post-order production process and ensure our garments land on time, every time - without compromising quality. You'll be a key player in our sourcing and production team, collaborating closely with international suppliers, internal departments, and QA teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take the reins on the full production cycle - from order placement to delivery - ensuring every milestone is hit on time.
  • Be the bridge between our business and global supply base, tracking progress and tackling issues head-on.
  • Protect our quality promise by working closely with QA teams and suppliers to uphold high standards.
  • Own the timeline - flag risks, solve problems fast, and keep all teams in the loop.
  • Communicate across Buying, Planning, Logistics and beyond.
  • Stay one step ahead, managing bottlenecks, material shortages, and capacity issues with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Keep everything on record, from updated delivery reports to accurate production documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential:
  • Experience in apparel production, merchandising or working as an Import Merchandiser.
  • A solid grasp of the end-to-end apparel manufacturing process.
  • Proven ability to manage a critical path and work with offshore suppliers.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
  • Excel wizardry and reporting know-how.
  • Obsessed with organisation and detail.
  • Desirable:
  • Knowledge of ethical sourcing and compliance.
