Product Developer - Toys
We\'re looking for a Product Developer - Toys to take the lead in creating and delivering exciting product ranges that inspire and engage customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both own-brand development and licensed ranges, blending creativity with commercial awareness to bring playful, innovative products to market.
The Product Developer - Toys will play a key role in shaping the product vision, spotting new opportunities, and working closely with design, sourcing, and marketing teams to turn ideas into reality.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept and design through to production and launch, ensuring products meet commercial and brand goals.

Manage the development of both own-brand and licensed products, ensuring a strong mix across play patterns, price points, and target audiences.
