Job Description
We're looking for a Product Developer - Toys to take the lead in creating and delivering exciting product ranges that inspire and engage customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both own-brand development and licensed ranges, blending creativity with commercial awareness to bring playful, innovative products to market.
The Product Developer - Toys will play a key role in shaping the product vision, spotting new opportunities, and working closely with design, sourcing, and marketing teams to turn ideas into reality.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept and design through to production and launch, ensuring products meet commercial and brand goals.
Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to develop innovative, on-trend toy ranges that excite customers and stand out on shelf.
Manage the development of both own-brand and licensed products, ensuring a strong mix across play patterns, price points, and target audiences.
Collaborate with licensors to maintain creative alignment with brand guidelines and ensure compelling, market-right execution.
