Zachary Daniels are partnering with a growing and fast-paced financial services business to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Senior HRBP who enjoys operating at a genuinely senior level, partnering closely with an Executive and Senior Leadership team and having real influence on the wider people agenda.

Working closely with the People Director, you will act as a trusted partner across the business, providing commercial and pragmatic people solutions within a regulated financial services environment. This isn't a role that's purely focused on BAU. You'll be involved in organisational design, transformation, complex ER, workforce planning and using people data to help shape business decisions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with Executive and Senior Leaders, building strong relationships and providing credible challenge and advice
  • Supporting the delivery of the wider People strategy and acting as a trusted deputy to the People Director
  • Leading on organisational design, restructures and wider change programmes
  • Managing complex and high-risk ER cases, providing strong employment law guidance
  • Using people data, analytics and insight to influence decision making
  • Supporting the business through transformation, including TUPE and M&A activity where required
  • Coaching senior leaders to build capability and drive performance
  • Managing and developing a Junior HR Business Partner

What we're looking for:

  • An experienced Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner or People Lead who is comfortable operating autonomously
  • Ideally experience within financial services or another regulated environment
  • Strong employment law and complex ER knowledge
  • Experience of organisational design, restructure and change
  • Commercially minded with the ability to link the people agenda to wider business performance
  • Confident partnering at Executive and Senior Leadership level
  • Comfortable using data and insight to influence decisions
  • Experience of TUPE, M&A or significant transformation would be advantageous

This is a high-profile role with plenty of scope to make an impact, sitting close to senior leadership and playing an important part in shaping the future people agenda.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + benefits
