Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit a General Store Manager for a high-volume store in Aberystwyth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
You'll take full accountability for the store, leading a significant team and management structure while driving sales, customer experience, operational standards and people performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales, profitability, productivity and commercial KPIs
