An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Paid Media Executive to join a fast-growing, multi-brand marketing team. This dynamic role offers the chance to work across several exciting consumer brands, each with its own unique identity, audience, and strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimisation.

As a Paid Media Executive, you'll be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and email marketing tools. You'll work closely with other marketing professionals to ensure campaigns align with wider brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, providing regular insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to ad copy creation and suggest landing page improvements to boost campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy alignment.
  • Manage ad spend within budget and optimise toward KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Use platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to analyse data and identify opportunities.
  • Support with A/B testing and contribute to performance reviews with senior stakeholders.
About You:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a paid media or performance marketing role.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
