Are you an organised, hands-on Operations Manager with a passion for operational excellence in retail? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Manager to join an expanding retailer in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of stockroom and back-of-house operations and manage a team of up to 7 stockroom assistants
- Oversee stock processes, deliveries, replenishment, stocktakes, compliance, and accurate stock levels
- Ensure efficient stock flow from stockroom to the shop floor
- Support the sales floor during peak trading periods
- Collaborate with Store and Assistant Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Champion health & safety, cleanliness, and operational standards in back-of-house areas
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

- Experience in operations, stock, or logistics within a retail environment
