Operations Lead | London | Fashion | up to £45k
We're looking for a proactive and data-driven Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Lead to manage and optimise end-to-end operations – from supply chain and fulfilment to reporting and inventory control. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoys improving systems, processes, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics partners (3PLs).
- Ensure smooth global shipping, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive scalability and sustainability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with business and customer goals.
About You
- Proven expertise in operations, logistics, or supply chain (fashion or eCommerce preferred).
- Skilled in Shopify and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting ability with a solutions-focused mindset.
