Zachary Daniels are proud to be partnering with a leading UK clothing group to recruit an Online Concessions Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years\’ experience in retail, merchandising, marketing or ecommerce who is looking to take the next step and build a long-term career. As Online Concessions Assistant, you\’ll work with some of the UK\’s biggest retail names including M&S, Next, John Lewis and Very, helping to deliver product launches, support trade performance and coordinate marketing activity.
The Role-
As Online Concessions Assistant, you will:
- Take ownership of product data and assets, ensuring smooth and accurate launches on partner websites.
- Manage the Product Launch Tracker and liaise with internal teams to hit deadlines.
- Check sites daily to ensure pricing, product data and imagery are correct.
- Produce weekly reports on product launches and trade performance.
- Build strong relationships with concession partners and contribute to trade meetings.
- Support with promotional campaigns and marketing activity to drive sales.
- Coordinate campaign assets and samples for partner websites.
- Work with the concessions merchandising team to ensure stock availability and highlight opportunities.
About you-
Online Concessions Assistant, experience:
- A recent graduate or has 1-2 years\’ experience in ecommerce, merchandising, marketing, buying or retail.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Curious about ecommerce, digital trading and brand partnerships, with a real desire to learn and grow.
Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a bonus, but not essential – full training will be given.
