The Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to support the day to day running of the store. You'll play a key role in motivating the team, driving commercial performance and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading and developing the team
  • Driving sales, service and KPI performance
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through leading by example
  • Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Managing stock, deliveries and replenishment
  • Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
