We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator a rapidly expanding and global organisation.
The role will support logistics operations, ensuring materials, equipment, and shipments are coordinated efficiently to meet manufacturing demands.
Administrator Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments, ensuring all required documentation are completed accurately and shipments meet agreed schedules.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Liaising with suppliers, placing orders and raising PO's.
- Manage urgent and time-critical shipments, regularly working to tight deadlines.
Maintain customer expectations by providing proactive communication, solutions, and logistical support.
- Processing invoices.
- Assist with travel and logistics arrangements for site-based teams.
Administrator Skills
- Competent in the use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and accounting or logistics software.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills.
