We're recruiting for a well-established retailer that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable dining and shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a business where people, standards and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything they do.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll work closely with senior kitchen and Front of House teams to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. You'll play an important role in coaching and developing colleagues, maintaining high service standards and supporting recruitment and training to build a confident, capable team. Working alongside the senior management team, you'll help drive performance across hospitality and retail, with a focus on sales, profitability and operational excellence.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, team rotas and staffing, while taking ownership of customer feedback, resolving issues professionally and ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and service are consistently maintained.
