This opportunity is not your typical multi-site leadership role. We are seeking an outstanding Regional Manager, ideally based in Berkshire, Surrey, Wiltshire or Oxfordshire, who brings a passion for excellence, an eye for detail and a relentless focus on delivering first-class standards across every site.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple locations and driving a culture where service is everything. You will set the standard for operational excellence, ensuring every customer and colleague touchpoint reflects the brand's commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. This role goes far beyond traditional KPIs. It requires a leader who thrives on creating inspiring environments, empowering teams and consistently raising the bar. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Area Managers and site leadership teams to ensure every location delivers exceptional standards in service, presentation, people engagement and commercial performance.

  • Proven experience in a Regional Manager or senior multi-site leadership role within retail or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success leading Area Managers and/or overseeing circa 20 large-format or big-box locations.
  • Passionate about service, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with pride in creating outstanding environments.
  • Inspirational leader who can engage, motivate and develop teams at all levels.
