Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be hands-on, leading from the shop floor and helping to create a high-performing, positive store environment. The Deputy Manager Opportunity You'll be responsible for: Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and commercial performance
Leading, motivating and developing the team
Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
Delivering an outstanding customer experience
Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation
Maintaining high standards across stock, operations and compliance
Using KPIs and commercial insight to maximise sales opportunities
Building strong customer relationships and representing the brand
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with: Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor in a fashion retail environment
A proven ability to lead and motivate a retail team
Strong commercial awareness and a passion for achieving results
A genuine focus on customer service
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A passion for fashion, people and delivering high standards
