What You'll Be Doing:

Creating and maintaining accurate, customer-centric planograms that optimise product placement across store formats.

Leveraging micro space data and performance insights to ensure efficient and effective use of shelf space.

Supporting the development of category strategies by aligning range plans with space allocations.

Working cross-functionally with Category, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams to ensure successful planogram execution.

Analysing store and product performance data to maximise sales and profitability at the fixture level.
What We're Looking For:

A strong understanding of space planning principles, ideally with experience using tools like JDA, Spaceman, or Blue Yonder.

Commercially minded, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals.

Excellent attention to detail with a passion for accurate ranging and product presentation.

Experience in a retail, FMCG, or merchandising environment is highly desirable.
