Zachary Daniels are proud to partner with a growing omni-channel fashion retailer. Due to continued success, we are hiring a Marketplace Account Executive to join their dynamic Manchester team.

You will support account performance, manage stock and data, and help drive growth across multiple drop shipment partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track KPIs (order fulfilment, shipping accuracy, sales, customer satisfaction); drive improvements with partners.
  • Maintain and review Account Plans and planning documents against targets.
  • Understand each account's strategy, challenges, and operations.
  • Upload and maintain product ranges and pricing in line with deadlines.
  • Manage product matrices, imagery, samples, and ensure stock availability.
  • Analyse forward orders and manage seasonal promotions.
  • Act as key contact for drop ship accounts, building strong relationships.
  • Liaise with teams across Digital, Wholesale, Retail, Logistics, Finance, and CX to support cross-functional goals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - intermediate+).
  • Familiarity with customer portals and DTC accounts.
  • Analytical mindset - use data to predict sales, manage stock, and improve performance.
  • Experience in logistics or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build internal/external relationships.
